Heading home to the VOLENDAM . . . we wouldn’t get back to the ship until 11PM that night. This 18 hour shore excursion has got to be one of the longest available. When we got home to the ship the Captain, senior officers, and some of the staff were all lined up along a red carpet to welcome us home! I was just too tired to take a picture – sorry!
